• Tourist tax: As of 24 August 2011, the Municipality of Venice has enforced a Tourist Tax, applied to non-residents per night for a maximum of 5 nights.
• Cancellation policy: cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 3 days before the day of arrival. In case of cancellation less thanv3 days from the date of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, the price of the first night will be charged.
