The apartments are located on the ground floor of a beautiful building. The area is peacefully uncrowded, surrounded by gardens, and easy to reach from the city’s main access points:
– 5 minutes from Piazzale Roma
– 8 minutes from the Santa Lucia train station
– 5 minutes from the ‘San Tomà’ vaporetto stop, which you can reach without having to cross a single bridge.
The apartments are located in a small and characteristic Venetian “calle”, rarely frequented by tourists but well-known by Venetians as a short-cut for quickly reaching Piazzale Roma, the wonderful Scuola Grande di San Rocco, and Basilica dei Frari.
Just a few steps away you can experience the magical atmosphere typical of Venice markets.
