Terms and conditions:
• Check-in: fFrom 2:00 pm – Please let us know your arrival time in advance so we can agree on how to access the facility, which at certain times may be done independently.
• Check-out: no later than 11:00am
• Bed and kitchen linens, towels, and basic necessities are supplied.
• No animals allowed
• No smoking
• Tourist tax: As of 24 August 2011, the Municipality of Venice has enforced a Tourist Tax, applied to non-residents per night for a maximum of 5 nights.
• Cancellation policy: cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 3 days before the day of arrival. In case of cancellation less than 3 days from the date of arrival, or in the case of a no-show, the price of the first night will be charged.
